I am a little nuts for this blender. So far we have made smoothies, black bean hummus, spinach dip, chocolate milkshakes, spinach ice cream, and salad dressing. My plan is to see how much we can increase our raw food intake as well as our overall consumption of fruits and vegetables. Below is an example of a morning smoothie. Ingredients: 1 Cup fruit juice such as V8 Fusion, handful baby spinach, handful baby carrots, banana, frozen blueberries, frozen mixed berries, frozen mixed fruit (peaches, strawberries, pineapple) vanilla yogurt, 2 Tbs cold pressed ground flax seed.
